and suites. Designed for spacious comfort and privacy, all guest rooms and
suites have secluded terraces or balconies; many with scenic vistas of Emerald
Bay.
Indulge in the full-service spa which offers 17
indoor treatment rooms and 4 outdoor treatment cabanas with a wide variety of
massages and therapies. A secluded, tranquil garden peacefully brings together
the Resort's wellness program including yoga sessions. There is also a
state-of-the-art fitness center and, of course golf and tennis, swimming pools
with cabanas and a wide choice of watersports activities. While you're enjoying

Four Seasons Junior Suites
offer all the amenities of an Ocean View Room with the addition of a
comfortable living room. Beachfront Rooms are located just a few steps
from the white sandy beach. Ocean View Rooms have secluded terraces or
balconies with views over the landscaped garden toward the beach and
ocean. Partial Ocean View Rooms have secluded terraces or balconies with
partial views of the ocean through the palm trees. Garden View Rooms have
secluded terraces overlooking lush gardens surrounding the swimming pool.
One-Bedroom Beachfront Suites furnish ample space for privacy and
relaxation. They can also be converted into two-bedroom suites. Royal Palm
Beachfront Villa - Luxurious, 3-Bedroom private beachfront residence with
stunning views in all directions.

- This intimate resort is surrounded by

Spa
- Offering 17 indoor treatment rooms and 2
outdoor treatment cabanas, the full-service spa and fitness centre
measures 3,011 square metres (32,406 square feet). A secluded, tranquil
garden peacefully brings together the Resort's wellness program.
Homeopathic spa therapies, using natural salts extracted from local salt
beds, indigenous herbs, flowers and oils, relax the body and activate
its natural healing processes. Complimentary beverages are available for
spa guests. |

Exercise
Classes - A variety of high- and low-impact
aerobics classes are offered, as well as organized outdoor runs and
walks. |

Tennis
- Managed by world-renowned Peter Burwash
International, the Resort's tennis facilities offer six Har-Tru courts.
Har-Tru is a preferred clay-like surface manufactured from crushed green
and gray stone to create an exceptional playing experience. Tennis
courts are lit for night play and can be reserved from 7:00am to 9:00pm.
Equipment is available at the pro shop, where lessons can also be
arranged. The Pro Shop is open from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm and tee times are
offered from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. This may fluctuate depending on the
daylight. |

Golf
- Four Seasons Golf Club Great Exuma at
Emerald Bay is a championship 18-hole, 7,001-yard, par 72 course
designed by golf legend, Greg Norman. Set to become one of the world's
greatest ocean-side clubs, the course uses an environmentally friendly
seashore paspalum grass, which offers a lush, deep green canopy. Nestled
in a series of dramatic fairways along the oceanfront that wind through
seaside dunes, the course finishes on a rocky peninsula with a
spectacular view of the ocean. Six signature holes hug the perimeter of
Emerald Bay's scenic peninsula, providing unparalleled vistas along its
turquoise waters. The Pro Shop is open from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm and tee
times are offered from 7:00 am to 4:00 pm. This may fluctuate depending

Water
Sports - The resort provides an excellent
bathing, swimming, and water sports venue and will be complemented by a
new full-service marina, due to open in 2005. In addition to three fresh
water pools (two adult pools and one children's pool), guests can enjoy
snorkeling, sea kayaking, fishing excursions and boating in waters that
are perfect for yachting, bone, and deep-sea fishing in unspoiled reefs
and coves. |

Organized
Child Activities - As part of the
complimentary Kids For All Seasons program, Four Seasons Resort Great
Exuma offers a full range of professionally organized children's indoor
and outdoor activities. Our program includes supervised recreational
creative activities, which creates a memorable and educational
experience in a casual and fun environment. Even the height of the
counters and sinks is designed to accommodate the young ones. The centre
is inviting and friendly with cushy beanbag chairs, cushions, and lots
of games providing children with a fun gathering place in a safe
environment. |

Transfers
- Guests arriving at Exuma International
Airport will be met by Four Seasons Staff after clearing Customs &
Immigration. The Resort can prearrange transfer by taxi at a cost of
$38.00 per vehicle one way. This charge will be added to guest's
incidental charges and is payable at checkout. (Taxi's can hold
approximately four people with a moderate amount of luggage.) *Taxi fees
are subject to change without notice. |

Active
Pool - The free-form Active Pool is the
centerpiece of the Resort, surrounded by attractive tropical
landscaping, furnishings and the poolside Sea Breeze Grill. Poolside
beverage service is available. Attendants provide guests with iced
water, cold towels and refreshing chilled spritz. |

Fun - Whether yours is just beginning, all
grown-up or at any stage in-between, Four Seasons Resort Great Exuma at
Emerald Bay is a wonderful base for your family. We go out of our way to
make our youngest guests feel welcome, and our resourceful Concierge is
always close at hand - to make reservations for a family dinner, offer
suggestions for tomorrow's outing or help arrange a babysitter. Children
under 18 can share their parents' room at no extra charge. |

Center - The Fitness Club offers a wide range
of cardiovascular equipment, including Cybex stations, treadmills,
elliptical cross-trainers and free weights. All cardiovascular exercise
stations are equipped with mounted personal television sets, and fitness
attendants are always on hand to assist. |

run-of-the-menu, without surcharges or restrictions on dining rooms. 10%
service charge is additional (subject to change). In 2004 - Meal plans

juice for breakfast; Iced tea at lunch; and iced tea, coffee and tea
with dinner. Children 4-11 years = 50% off meal plan. Children up to 3
yrs old receive complimentary meal plan, when parents are on meal plan.
In 2005 - Beverages in the meal plan are: Coffee, Tea, & Juice for
Breakfast; Iced Tea, Coffee for Lunch; Iced Tea, Coffee, Tea for Dinner.
*Soft Drinks, Beer, Wine, and Mixed Cocktails are NOT included in the
