Required documents for the wedding:
1. Passports or Birth Certificate (if you do not have
passports, you must bring Birth Certificates with a special
apostle seal (received from the Consulate or Embassy of
Mexico). It is not applicable for all the countries. For
details go to: http://travel.state.gov/authentication.html
2. Tourist Cards (blue sheets that you received at the
airport).
3. Final records of divorce (If either of the party are
divorced).
4. Death certificate (If either of the party are widower or
widow).
5. Health Certificate (Medical Check up) and Blood Test.

6. Four witnesses are required. Mexican witnesses need a
document of official identification. Foreigner witness needs
the following papers: Passport or Birth Certificate and
tourist card, provided at the incoming airport.
