 Booking through the
internet you may be concerned about who is arranging your vacation/honeymoon/wedding. These are some of the comments we have
received from our clients. If you would like to ask these or other
clients personal opinions we can supply you with their e-mail

We
have just completed our vacation to Couples Swept Away in Negril
and it was
outstanding. The resort exceeded what we expected. The
service was impeccable
as was the staff. The beach, the entertainment, the restaurants
and the food
were also great. We will write to Swept Away to let them
know how we enjoyed
our vacation.
However, Escape to Eden Vacations also exceed our
expectations. When you
select a travel agent over the internet, it is literally a gamble.
But from the outset, the travel consultants at Escape to
Eden Vacations were very reassuring. Each consultant we
interfaced with was very knowledgeable and helpful. When we
requested changes to our choices, they were more than helpful and
actually helped us make choices. The confidence we were
building was confirmed when we received our travel documents three
weeks before travel, via FED EX. We would like to thank all
of those that helped us and communicated with us, Adrienne, Alisha
and Omar, to make our vacation enjoyable.
We will not hesitate to use Escape to
Eden again. |

-we will being calling you for all of our travel vacations! Really, Really fabulous time - our only
regret is that you didn't convince us to go for two

I have just now recovered from our GREAT vacation! It was fabulous. The grounds of the resort were
beautiful, the staff was friendly, and the food was wonderful. It was the perfect vacation! Thanks so

P.S. The only problem (and it was a very minor one)in "no problem, mon" land, was that it was difficult to
get change for a 20 dollar US bill, at the hotel, the
market, the restaurants. Tell people to take ones and fives, it will make it easier for them.

Hi Omar,
Just wanted to thank you for all your help in booking our vacation to
Negril, Jamaica. The resort, RIU Tropical Bay was very nice and
the staff
was nice as well. The room was clean and the view was amazing
especially
when the sun was setting. Being that it was an all-inclusive I
would have
thought that there would be more entertainment in the evening.
There was
one show that we saw and a bonfire another night other than that the
entertainment was mostly geared towards the children. (There were
lots of
children there). The food was good. Each night we would go
to the dining
room where the food was served buffet style. There was a wide
variety of
food for breakfast and dinner. Lunch was also buffet but not that
much
variety of food but there was salad and fruit in case you didn't eat the
hot
food. The airline, Air Jamaica was pleasant. The crew seemed
friendly.
All in all my boyfriend and I had a great time and we thank you again for all your help. I am looking forward to booking
our next vacation with you.

Hi Omar,
We just got back from Desire and if you're planning on going, you're in
for a surprise. We had a great time at Hedo 3 as well but Desire is
even better than Hedo 3. Once you go, you'll know exactly what I'm
talking about. My husband and I will definitely be returning to
Desire. Have a fantastic time on your future trip to Desire.

Rica this past August. Your agency’s expertise and knowledge of
the
area made it one of the best vacations I’ve had.
Your service was spectacular. You helped me get a bargain for
a
wonderful last minute vacation at a beautiful resort. You also
worked with the hotel to retrieve the papers I accidentally left at home,
giving me less to worry about and more time to relax on the beach. I
couldn’t wait to tell my friends and family about the great time I had

It was an unbelievable time for both of us at Couples
Negril in Jamaica. The service was unmatched, the food
and activities great and the room, though it wasnt the
best view, was still great. Jennifer was overly
impressed and I want to thank you again for your help
in finding the place and making it a great experience
for both of us. I am having one of my best friends
call or email you pretty soon. He is having a wedding
in less then a year and I told him to use you. He said
he might want to even go to Couples Negril also. So be

Omar,
Please accept my apologies for not contacting you sooner to tell
you about Azul Resort in Cancun.
I had a fabulous time and birthday. It was exactly what I was
looking for at the time – especially considering that it was my
first time in Mexico and at an all-inclusive place. Jose and I
really enjoyed every part of the resort. The property was very
serene, the staff friendly and accommodating, the room was lovely,
the activities were lots of fun (esp the Salsa and Merengue
dancing lessons), the food exceptional and the beach/water just
perfect. I adored the wooden beds on the beach, I was able to get
a little bit of shade there and relax wonderfully.
The best memory I have is what the staff arranged for me on my
birthday. All of the animators actually took Jose and I out to
Cancun for dinner and dancing. The hotel paid the bill for all 15
people. I was very touched and everyone was the sweetest.
So as you can see, the vacation was lovely and just right for my
30th.

Omar--just wanted to let you know that we had a great time in Jamaica
at the Starfish Trelawny (except for Immigration getting into the country--2 hr wait). Thanks for
your help. We are thinking of going back next year.
