Renovation Advisory
In November 2001, Amaryllis (Asta) Beach Resort purchased the adjoining property known as the Chattel Plaza. The additional facilities include 2 restaurants, beauty spa, and beauty salon. The official reopening was August 24, 2003, but some renovation/remodeling work still remains:

	Block F, in back of the gardens, will remain closed to guests until all interior/decoration work is completed. Expected completion of Block F is mid-late December, 2003.
	Some landscaping in the garden areas. No anticipated completion date at this time, but work will be ongoing until completed.
	The new Pizzeria and Virtual Golf areas are scheduled to be fully operational by early November 2003.
	The fitness center is scheduled to re-open late October 2003.
