St Lucia Vacations,
Honeymoons and Wedding packages at discount prices
St
Lucia is an island like no other, the ultimate tropical paradise
gifted with amazing mountain ranges, thousands of acres of lush rainforest, and
miles of beaches. Endless fields of papaya, bananas and coconut trees abound.
Here you can find world-class diving and snorkeling, shop for native crafts and
duty-free treasures and hike around the crater of the worlds only drive-in
volcano. The crown jewels of the St Lucian mountains are the twin
"Pitons." These dramatic twin peaks are the national landmark rising
2,600 feet above sea level. A unique island with as much history as it has
natural beauty. St Lucia was originally a French colony, later taken over
by the British and blessed with remnants of both. Although English is the
official language, a French Creole is still widely spoken. The cuisine is a
tasty blend of Caribbean, French and British influences. St Lucia's people are
helpful, friendly and as warm as the island's climate. St Lucia is also home to
an annual world-famous Jazz
Festival, boasting an all-star line-up every year in May. Whether its
romance, escape or adventure you seek, St Lucia has it all.
