Cove has two restaurants. Reflections Restaurants is an elegant restaurant
serving breakfast, lunch and dinner in an open-air, poolside setting. Drifters
Beach Bar is an open air restaurant and is open for lunch and dinner and an
ideal spot for daytime snacks. Most evenings the hotel provides live
entertainment with calypso, jazz and other rhythmic music.
